Missing old Master Password

    This fix doesnt help me, because of the reason I uninstalled! I lost the old master password after uninstalling the first time. Now I have installed successfully on another computer with a new master password, and would like to bring my macbook on board. But to follow this fix, I need my old password! Help.

    Hi @jbilenke,

    Even without your old Master Password you can follow the instructions that Roustem posted for starting over with a new database. Once you have renamed the appropriate files, you can start 1Password as a new user, no need to uninstall the program itself!
