Feature request: confirmation/feedback when locking via keyboard shortcut

I don't normally use keyboard shortcuts, but I really want to use the shortcut for locking 1Password because it takes a rather inconvenient 3 steps to do so through the mini app (open mini app, select gear, select lock). The problem is that locking using the keyboard shortcut provides no confirmation of any kind and therefore can't be trusted. So I don't use it. Please provide some kind of feedback when locking through the keyboard shortcut.

I'd really just like to see the mini app icon indicate the locked/unlocked state, which would solve the problem nicely.

    Hi, @wtmoose.

With 1P4 unlocked, when you open 1P mini and type the Control-Option-Command-L Lock shortcut does 1P4 lock while displaying a locking animation as feedback?

I've added your comment about seeing the lock status in the 1P mini menu bar icon to the open issue about it in our tracker.

@sjk Sorry, just saw this message. Yep, it sure does.

No worries, @wtmoose. We're still here and glad you came back. :)

Please let us know if that 1Password mini (un)lock animation doesn't resolve your primary request.

@sjk No, this doesn't address the issue. The steps are as follows:

    1. Unlock and open 1P Mini
    2. Do something in Mini, e.g. copy a password, log into a site, etc.
    3. Note that Mini is now unlocked and closed
    4. Lock 1P via keyboard shortcut

At this point there is no feedback whatsoever that step 4 succeeded.

Thanks for the tip on notifications.

    Hi @wtmoose,

I see what you mean about the lack of feedback when using ⌃⌥⌘L as a global shortcut for locking 1Password when focus isn't in the main app or mini. Thanks for your astute report of this issue, which I've added to our tracker.
