Cant restore from 1p4zip file

Hi,

I have only one backup file 1p4zip , i have tried restore using that file but no success , nothing happens when i press restore button, what I should do next?

    Hi, @Ogmo.

    I'm sorry you're having trouble restoring a 1P4 backup. Which versions of 1P4 and OS X are you running? If you click Show Files in the Preferences… > Backup window and run FInder's File > Get Info on the file you'd like to restore do you at least have permission to read it? For example:
