I have a 5-license and I recently got a paid upgrade to version 4. I'm trying to install on my other machines and I'm being prompted to buy the software all over again. How do I download the sw without a hassle?

    Are you referring to an AgileBits family licence? If so, just download the app to each machine and apply the licence on each machine. If that doesn't work, what you do mean by:
