Credit card will not sync with browser extension

Hello there

I made a new wallet item in the main app, a credit card. Option "show in browser" is on. But it will not show up in the browser extension. I tested it on a site where you should enter your creditcard details but that did not work either.
Same problem with my identity items. I also created dummy versions in the main app from both ID and CC, no sync. Logins sync without a problem though...

Any suggestions?
Cheers Earlito.

What version of the 1Password extension for which browser are you using, @Earlito?

So, Credit Card and Identity items you create in the main 1Password program and see listed there don't show up in the 1Password extension for Firefox? If that's correct, please try this:

    1. In Firefox, remove the 1Password extension.

    2. Delete Firefox's temporary copy of your 1Password data:

      a. Type this in the Firefox address field:

        about:support

      b. Press Enter.

      c. Under Application Basics, click the Show Folder button.

      d. Quit Firefox.

      e. In the Explorer window that appears, go "up" one level to the parent folder.

      f. Drag the OnePassword.sqlite file from that folder to the Desktop.

    3. In 1Password, re-install the Firefox extension.

Once everything is working well, you can safely move the OnePassword.sqlite file on the Desktop to the Trash.

Let us know how it goes, @Earlito.

Thanks I will try that after work.

Funny thing is, on my office PC everything works fine, even the dummies I created show up.

I will let you know how it worked out at home.

By the way a big thanks for your fast replies! @DBrown

    Cheers.
