Webpage is not found

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I installed a trial copy of 1Password for Windows for a friend. After a few days I purchased the program. After installing the license code I now get a message, "This webpage is not found" whenever I click the key to bring up 1Password.

The browser is Chrome, the operating system is Windows 7.

Suggestions?

    @sturpe, it looks like removing and re-installing the extension for Chrome solved that problem.
