1Password Chrome issue although the app is installed
Hello,
I haven't been able to make my Chrome extension work properly on a Windows PC. I have a native app installed (v. 1.0.9.340) and 1Password updater says it's the latest version. Currently, I have version 4.1.1.90 of the Chrome extension but it doesn't work. When I click on the key icon in Chrome, the page says "Looking for 1Password app" (albeit it's running and even unlocked with master password) and cannot find it. Instead it offers me to "Try again" or "Get the app". Now, when I click "Get the app" and then navigate to this page https://agilebits.com/extensions/win/index.html I see that the Chrome extension version listed is 3.9.21.
I'm a bit perplexed about what Chrome extension should I use. By the way, I had similar issues in Chrome on my Mac, but fortunately it worked after I had installed the latest Chrome extension (4.x.x.x). Not so in Windows, though.
Can anyone help?
Thanks!

- about what Chrome extension version, that is. Since the site lists a more outdated version that the Chrome Store, as it seems.

You're running 1P v1 app with the 1P v4 browser extension. These components are incompatible.
My advice is to remove the 1P v4 extension from your web browser, and then re-install the v3 extension here: https://agilebits.com/extensions/win/index.html
Alternatively, you can sign up for the 1P v4 beta app. This upcoming version is compatible with the 1P v4 browser extension.
