Browser extension connecting count
on my Mac I had 1Password3 and the browser extensions working find. However after a fresh clean install and after restoring from backup I decided to try 1Password 4 and the mini ( browser extension). Now that I've tried it for some time I decided to switch back to the 1Password3 and removed the plugin and reinstalled the 1Password 3 extn. The main app works find, however the browser plugin doesn't respond to keyboard shortcuts, not does it open when I type the master password. It just keeps a count(up) with text "Connecting.." . Please help !

I'm sorry to hear that the version 3 extension is giving you trouble right now. Now, you don't mention which browser you're seeing this in, so I'll just draw your attention to this article: "Problem with database" in v3 extension in Safari on OS X Mavericks. It explains how to reinstall the extension to get rid of that message. :) If you are using a different browser, please let me know and we'll sort that out!
