All info is available from Chrome ext., but none available if I go through the 1Password program

I can use 1Password fine in Chrome. All my passwords are available and I can add passwords. But when I pull up the program, the information is not there. I use dropbox, but I haven't made any major changes and I don't think I have disturbed any 1Password files. (I did recently disconnect two computers from dropbox and add a third one, but I don't think that would impact this.)

Any suggestions?
