License key is inactive

When I enter my Key into the 1Password app it informs me "License key is inactive"

I have a family Lic and have just rebuild my computer to Windows 8 (via an upgrade from 8 to 8.1). So I am suspecting some excess users
Users that I can recall are

- My wife - 1 computer, iPad & iPhone

- myself - iPad, 2 Iphones, Laptop (win 7 instance, Win 8 Instance upgraded to Win 8.1) and I have Work Computer Win 7 while I was upgrading my Laptop

So I see it as 2 users - but many locations...

If that's not the issue - other info that my be handy

- Windows 8.1 - 1 Password was downloaded 2-3 weeks ago, says it is latest version 1.0.9.340

- is 64 bit

- browser is IE (11 - latest)only at this stage
