Why all of a sudden is this thing sync'ing forever? It has been going on for hours and I cannot get it to stop. Nor can I use your software. Jesus - someone help me or I will just delete your app.

    I'm sorry you're having that problem, @cterry877‌! :(

    Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing, and let us know what action triggered the sync process? That should help us understand the problem, which definitely shouldn't be happening.
