1Password does not sync the description.

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I changed on a identity card on my iPhone the description of a field ("Company" to "Organization"). On my PC this and other changed fields are still named in the old way (Company). Guess this is a bug.

    Yes, and the same thing happens in 1Password for Mac. I've checked with Development, and it turns out that the field names (labels) shouldn't be editable in 1Password for iOS. That's been fixed in the next version to be released: specifically, you can't edit the field names in the upcoming version.
