Chrome Extension doesn't always invoke on Ctrl-\

Hi there

I'm running v3.9.21.90 of the Chrome Extension.. Usually in Chrome I get 1Password appearing when I hit Ctrl-\. However occasionally, for no apparent reason, it doesn't invoke. My internet banking site is the worst affected...If you go to www.anz.com and hit the blue "log on" button on the right hand side it will open https://www.anz.com/INETBANK/bankmain.asp in a popup window. When this has focus and I do a Ctrl-\, I almost always get nothing, which is a pain in the butt. Occasionally, it does invoke. Not sure why.

If I go directly to https://www.anz.com/INETBANK/bankmain.asp in a new tab in Chrome and try the hotkey it works. Any idea how to fix this?

Have you tried to restart the 1Password helper? Help > Restart 1Password Helper

    Confirmed:

    • The extension did not auto-save at that URL or at the "login failed; try again" page that appeared next.

    • The extension would not let me use Settings > Save New Login at either of those pages.

In fact, each time I clicked the 1Password tool, the extension forced me to enter my master password. As soon as I clicked Settings > Save New Login, the extension displayed the master password prompt again. No matter how many times I unlocked it and chose Settings > Save New Login, I couldn't break out of that loop.

    • After I created a Login in the main 1Password program, the extension would not dependably fill the form with the values I specified.

It filled the form only once out of about five tries (Ctrl+\).
