Hi,

for any strange reason, my 1password shortcut (Ctrl+#) is not working anymore. when clicking the plugin-key-symbol and unlocking 1password, there is an exclamation mark on the left 1password tray, which says "problem with 1password helper". The "Troubleshooting Report" is "empty/no_values" (screenshot attached)

the extension is working in IE...

any ideas?

thanks in advance,

- MP

OK.... solved it.... did that post to fast... (desperately disappointed)

found that article about the helper process:
    http://help.agilebits.com/1Password_Windows/helper-not-connected.html
and yes, i am sitting behind a proxy... so i edited my global proxy settings and set firefox to use the global setting and included the local addresses (127.0.0.1;*.local). After restarting the helper process and firefox it is working again.

thanks for all readers, and yes i know ;-)
