How to Upgrade From Trial To Licensed

CURRENT SITUATION:

Licensed Versions From Apple Apps for Macbook And Phone, Trial version on PC.

PROBLEM:

Agile bits system will not allow me to access their site to purchase a license to upgrade from the Windows Trial Version:

When I try to upgrade the trial version, 1Password window requests me to sign in. Response when submitted: No record of email address in data base.

---Since I purchased the Apple Apps from Apple, I have never set up a password.

---I do not remember if I provided an email address when downloading
the PC Trial version back in January.

---The sale ended yesterday

QUESTIONS:

? What is the workaround to allow me to purchase the upgrade?

?Who do I address to obtain the expired sale price?
