Never getting the 'Save new login'-window on Chrome

Hi All,

This weekend I've bought the Mac and Windows family bundle after trying out 1password 4 on Mac and IOS. On monday I started using 1password on my windows laptop and apparently it looks a bit different. I read however that 1password should pop up when I login to a site that has not been saved yet. It does that on my Mac, but it does not do this on my windows laptop. I don't get the pop-up on sites that I have credentials for and I've also tried it on numerous sites that I do not have login credentials for (just by adding some dummy information)

I'm running Chrome Version 25.0.1364.172 on a Windows 7 PC. The 1password Chrome extension is version 3.9.21.90.

In the extension I've enabled 'Ask to save new logins' and I've also enabled 'Ask to save new logins in browsers' in the 1password 4 application.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance and best regards,
Eric

Gosh, that's a VERY old version of Chrome. Please update to the current version (34.x) and see if that gets things working as expected.

If that doesn't solve the problem, can you tell us a few URLs at which 1Password is failing to offer to create a new Login item for you?

    Thanks!

Sorry, I was not aware of that, my mistake. I've just updated Chrome and 1Password is now indeed asking me to save the password, nice!

    Thanks!
