1Password is a wonderful program...as long as you never change a password. I'm locked out of pretty much every site I need on every device I use. Please try to raise your game to a more professional level...or at least worn people that you're not really ready for serious users.

I'm not entirely sure what or where the problem is, but you can always retrieve your newly generated passwords here: View > Generated Passwords

I do agree the procedure for password changes in 1Password v1 for Windows is cumbersome: http://help.agilebits.com/1Password_Windows/updating-an-existing-password.html
However, this procedure has been greatly improved in 1Password v4: http://learn.agilebits.com/1Password4/Mac/en/KB/update-password.html
