Sync not working
Just sent to tech support e-mail, trying this forum as well:
I installed and am testing 1Password - windows/android environment.
I set up a half-dozen passwords yesterday, everything working fine, Android apps works, DropBox link works and I can see pwds in browser, etc.
After dinner, I go to show my wife how she will use this, I "share" my 1Password folder in dropbox with her dropbox account. Go into the web-based version of 1Password through the html file. Only thing in there is the last password we set up. None of the others are present. Coincidentally (?) this is her DropBox account/password.
I see same going in through her DropBox (shared) and my DropBox account.
I then go to show her how it works on my Android phone (which uses the DropBox file set to sync). Same deal - only a single account/pwd of info is present.
On the desktop app, all passwords are present (17 logins, 1 wallet, 1 identity).
Please assist. If I can't show my wife how this is going to work, I won't be making the purchase decision. I can't be at the end of the trial period, I just installed the software yesterday.
