Required information is missing error

I'm trying to log into a website (https://www.fepblue.org/web/guest/myblue) and I get a Required information is missing error. I've confirmed that my login and password are correct. I've tried using Safari and Firefox. Both give the same error. I'm new to using 1Password. Other logins I've set up work fine. Is there a work around for this sort of thing, or do some sites just not function with 1Password? Thanks.

Problems like this are sometimes solved by re-creating and saving the login manually. Does that work for you?

I'm having the same problem with that website. I tried saving the login manually but it didn't help. When I select the login, 1Password fills in both the user name and password fields as expected. But then, rather than getting logged in, the fields revert to the original prompts and the "Required information is missing" error appears.

    Hi @gmpalter,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this site. I just created a Login using @Stephen_C's steps above, and it seems to fill and submit correctly. I'm wondering if you disable auto-submit for the entry (you can change this by editing the entry and changing the Submit option to 'never') does it fill correctly then?

I just tried again. Created a new login, set to "Never submit". It fills out the fields correctly. But, when I click the Login button, the fields revert and I get the "Required information is missing" error again.

    Hi @gmpalter and @djharding,

The current 1Password 4.1 extension seems to have trouble filling the Username field on the https://fepblue.org/web/guest/myblue page. However, it does fill with the upcoming 4.2 extension so this will be fixed soon.

Are you running the beta 4.2 extension now, @gmpalter, and for which web browser(s)? Does it make any difference if you open the page first (e.g. clicking the link above), then fill with 1Password (e.g. using the Command-\ keyboard shortcut for Fill Login on current web page) and manually submit?

If both fields contain data when pressing the Login button I'm failing to see how you're getting this * Required information is missing. error:

    Hi guys,

Here's a workaround that @MikeT suggested when using version 4.1 of the extension with this site:

    1. Open the main 1Password app, go to your Logins category
    2. Create a new Login item, enter your username/password in the respective fields
    3. Set the website address to: https://www.fepblue.org/web/guest/myblue
    4. Save the login and see if this will now let you fill in.

That should also work fine with version 4.2 of the extension.
