1password browser tool - can login be appended to title?

Hello, I have some sites where I have multiple logins. It would be really helpful if the username could be appended to the title in the 1password tool in the browser to help me to choose the correct login. To get around this for now I've had to edit all the titles for the stored login to add in the username. Is there an automatic way this can be done that perhaps I have overlooked?

    In 1Password version 4 we have added this feature:

    File > Preferences (Ctrl+P) > Logins > "show username for matching logins"
