I added my router (192.168.0.1) to logins. But now frequently when I change anything on the router configuration, 1P wants to update that entry, or sometimes create one that just says "192".
I reckon the best thing to do in this case would be to add the domain to 1Password's blacklist. You can do this by clicking 1Password > Preferences > Logins and clicking the + button beneath the blacklist area.

Alternatively, clicking "Never For This Website" should accomplish the same thing.
It's a common problem with networking gear. I generally add all of the common private LAN address ranges to the blacklist.
