Firefox Extension Window goes blank

I got an issue with the Firefox extension whereby the window shortly displays the field to enter the master PW and then goes completely grey.
After re-clicking the key symbol, it appears again temporarily and immediately turns grey again.
I can login but the same effect on the subsequent window.
Firefox version is 28 and Extension 3.9.20.
Re-installing didn't help.

Any ideas?

Can you post a screen shot of the grey screen you're seeing?

After copying it to a publicly accessible location (like your Dropbox\Public folder), you can use this syntax in the forum:

 ![](http://domain-name.com/path/to/image-file.jpg)

That's an exclamation mark, opening and closing square brackets, an opening parenthesis, the full URL of the PNG or JPG file, and a closing parenthesis, all with no intervening spaces.
