Migrate to DropBox from iCloud

I have been using 1Password for iPad and iPhone, and syncing with iCloud. I now want to add 1Password to a Windows machine and sync it as well. However, since Windows won't sync with iCloud I need to migrate my data to DropBox. How can I accomplish this without recreating every entry in a new database? I don't have a Mac so I don't have the fuller functionality that would offer.
