Microsoft acknowledges security flaw in Internet Explorer

Note that 1Password's extension for IE will not work with Enhanced Protected Mode enabled (the default setting from Microsoft is EPM disabled), and many antivirus programs can block the WebSocket-based communication between the 1Password extension and the main 1Password program.

According to several news stories, the simple solution appears to be disabling Adobe Flash:

FireEye recommended that users disable Adobe Flash, saying "the attack will not work" in that case.
