Multi Platform Family plans

I've been using 1Password for the Mac & my iOS Devices for a while now & have a single user plan.
Now I want to get my parents set up with their Windows PC & an iPad. Is it possible to change my Single User Mac/iOS Plan to a Family Mac/iOS/Windows Plan?
