1Password does not work with Singapore M1 website

Options

Hi,

I'm trying to determine if I am doing something wrong but 1Password browser extensions for Windows web browsers does not seem to work with the M1 Telecommunications website login. M1 is one of Singapore's major phone/mobile carriers. Please note their login site does not appear to support Firefox. This symptom can be replicated in the latest versions of Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Their website is located at http://www.m1.com.sg
Their login/register link at the top of the page links to ---> javascript:__doPostBack('header_0$LoginAndShoppingCartSection$Login','')
Clicking on the link lands me on this page ---> https://ads.m1.com.sg/NASApp/AdsContext/AdsLogin.jsp?appId=m1webads
The 1Password web browser addons/extensions do not function with this website including functions to add the login details (clicking on the + sign in the 1Password extension) and does not autofill in the login details when the 1Password login profile is manually constructed.

Help?

p.s. Don't ask me why they have left their header names, function calls, etc as "LoginAndShoppingCart". Obviously purchased a shrinkwrapped web login portal and forgot to change things from their default values!!!

I've confirmed that the 1Password extension for Chrome is unable to automatically or manually save a Login item and that a Login item created in the main 1Password program cannot be used to fill the form at that URL.

Please note that a fix will probably be implemented in the 4.x extensions included with 1Password 4 for Windows, currently in beta development. If you're interested, you can join the thousands of people already working with 1Password 4 for Windows by signing up for the beta program here: https://agilebits.com/beta_signups/winnewsletter.html

    Thanks for letting us know!

Just to be clear, so as not to set false expectations, the 4.x extensions do not yet include a fix for the problem you've reported.
