Okay, I just re-did Amazon as described above by Megan and it seems to be working. Can't figure this out as this is the only site that seems problematic. Thanks for your help. Keeping my fingers crossed. Stan

I'm so sorry that this Login has been giving you so much trouble. Generally Saving a New Login Manually does have some magical fixing properties ... I'm glad to hear it worked for you here. I've got my fingers crossed that it continues to behave, but we're here for you if it doesn't!

Like Steemer, I have had the problem that the problem is recurring. The fix of creating a new login has worked for me, for varying amounts of time. After a few days or weeks, the problem of 1Password telling Amazon that I am a new customer returns. Creating a new login yet again solves the problem for another span of time. I am much more frustrated by this problem than Megan appears to be, judging by the casual tenor of the advice in her responses.

I am sorry to hear that you're feeling frustrated here! Could you please tell me the version number of your 1Password extension? You can find the version number in the extension pane of your browser's preferences. (Letting me know which browser you're using would be helpful as well!)
