How to open 1Password extension without its icon

Can you help - I have the same issue, however, when I hit ctl + \ (the banking web-site login open a new browser window without a toolbar), I do not see a [+] in the top right hand corner?

Don't use the keyboard shortcut that you would use for logging in - click on the 1Password icon with your mouse, so that 1Password mini only opens and doesn't try to fill any passwords.

If there is no toolbar to click the 1Password icon, try right-clicking on the page itself to select the 1Password > Open 1Password, and from there, you can click on the + button to save a new Login.
