Mac to Win sync with DropBox

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I'm syncing from my main Mac to a work and VM windows machine through dropbox. The problem is that all 3 are showing a different amount of saved passwords, leading me to believe its not properly syncing. Smart folders also aren't being synced.

What do I need to do to ensure all machines are properly syncing?

    Hi @Eric_miller,

    First, let's check the paths, make sure they're syncing to the same file.

    Mac

    Open 1Password on the Mac, unlock, and go to the 1Password Menu > Preferences > Sync.

    Look at the path under the Syncing vault with Dropbox line:

    Windows

    Now, we need to compare the Mac's path with the Windows path:

    Open 1Password on the Windows PC, unlock, and press the Preferences button to head to the General section.

    Next to 1Password Path, it should show your data file's path:

    Note in my screenshots here, the paths are different because I'm using separate data files.

    Now, can you tell me if your paths are the same or different?
