Windows 8.1 Browser extensions do not work

I have a problem with 1Password 4 under Windows 8.1. The program installs just fine, as do the browser extensions. The Helper seems to be found, but a click on the button does nothing. Nothing opens, the only thing that helps is a downgrade back to the old version.

Are you running Kaspersky (or other anti-virus software) maybe?
