How are titles sorted in alphabetical order?

I know there is a way to have the titles in alphabetical order but on my new computer I can't figure it out and then it's so hard to find links. Please help I'm sure it's EZ I'm not too techie. Thx Pamela

You can click on any of the column headings in the list area to sort by the values in that column. Click again to reverse the sort order.
