Can't enter the license key
I just install the release 4.0.0.499 the installation was ok but, at the end of the installation, a message is shown saying you are using a trial version please purchase a license, but i am using 1 password with license since early 2013. In spite of that, and thinking that was a new version I've introduce the key and i press accept, when the app try to comunicate with the activation server a new error message appears saying the license key can't be activated beacuse there are a problem trying to communicate with the 1 password server. What I have to do to use 1password as I was using it???. Thanks for your support

If you purchased your license in 2013, then it should "just work". Please enter your license key here: Help > Enter License Key
If your license key does not appear to work, then please send us an e-mail and we'll help you activate it.
