I've noticed what I guess is a regression in functionality of the Chrome extension. 1Password does not recognise the site if the URL it has saved starts with http and you're on the https version and vice versa. It definitely should not care if you're on HTTP or HTTPS I wouldn't think.

    If the URL it has saved starts with HTTPS and you're on HTTP then 1Password should NOT fill that Login item. This is by design.

    This behavior is in response to a security issue, which will be presented at the Usenix Security Symposium on August 21.
