Master password change on PC is not reflected on iOS

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Hey

Whenever I change my master password on my Win8.1 machine, I do not see it updated on my iPhone 5 running 7.1.2. In fact, it usually takes maybe a week before the master password is the some on both devices. I use Dropbox as my sync service. I've tried manually clicking the Sync button but the doesn't do anything. It will just all of a sudden change one day.

But when I add an entry, like a new login, it will immediately be visible on my iPhone.

Is there something I'm missing?

    Running the iOS app 4.5.3.

    And the Windows version is 4.0.0.499.

    Good morning @barelylistening‌, thanks for taking the time to write in. What happens if you change the password on iOS first? Does it change on Windows right away?
