Servers group missing in 1Password 4 for Windows

I recently updated my 1Password to version 4 for Windows and went to search for a login and it wasn't in there. I went to my 1Password 4 for Mac to confirm the login was there and it was and that's when I noticed there is no Servers group in 1Password 4 for Windows. I went through the Preferences and don't see anywhere it would be hidden. I have a bunch of items in my Servers category.
I am using Dropbox to sync my data and confirmed that the servers group is on my iOS and Mac versions of 1Password.

On Windows, your server items are in a category labelled "Accounts".
