Master Password won't work Windows but works on all other devices

  1. Installed 1Password on iOS and setup using DropBox sync
  2. Later installed on PC and was able to log in and worked great

  3. Installed on Mac that evening and was able to setup and log in as well

  4. Finally, came back today and when I try to sign in using my Master Password on my PC it says unable to log in!

I know the password is correct because it works on all my other devices.

Somebody please help! Any ideas how to log in?

    Hi @David_B,

    Is it possible it is looking at the wrong data file?

    Please wait for the Dropbox to finish its sync and then open the main 1Password program, go to the File Menu > Open 1Password Data and look for the right data folder (likely 1Password.agilekeychain) in the Dropbox folder. It may be in the 1Password folder or Apps > 1Password inside the Dropbox folder.

    Hopefully, that'll let you in the data.
