Click on the 1Password button on the browser’s toolbar again, and choose Generate Password.
This doesn't seem to work. (Existing login - I want to generate a new password and have it remembered by 1 Password.

Can you explain more what's not working? It is not filling in or nothing happens when you choose the Password Generator?
Also, which browser are you using along with what versions of Windows and 1Password do you have installed?

The instructions of "clicking on the browser’s toolbar again, and choose Generate Password" didn't work. Then I discovered the little safe turndial and that's what generates a random password. So I found it myself, sorry to bother you! Best wishes, Smokey

I can definitely see why that statement is not clear, it should say click on the 1Password icon on the toolbar instead. Can you provide me the link to the instruction, so that I can get it fixed for you.
