What would cause the license key to become inactive as reported by the original poster?

Hi @KeithWeisshar,
There are a few common reasons such as the purchase was returned/refunded, confirmed to be pirated, and so on. It could be invalidated on our side for other reasons, so the user have to contact us to find out what's going on.
