Firefox 24.7.0 ESR and 1Password Extension 4.2.4

Hello,

there seems to be an issue with this combination. Here the solution is shown. Upgrading FF is no solution for me. The proposed download link for extension 4.2.3 does work also for Windows FF? How? If not, where to get the Windows extension 4.2.3?

Hi @rak,

The 1Password 4 extensions are the same for both Windows and Macs in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera. The browsers provide an API for the extension to work, it is the browsers who runs the code, and that's why it is cross-platform.

All the core 1Password operations are handled by the respective 1Password helpers, 1Password Helper on Windows and 1Password mini on Mac. They communicate in both directions with the extensions and the helpers provide the front-end experience for the extensions.
