Master password does not work on 1password 4

Hi,

Just bought a new PC, installed 1password 4. My existing password does not seem to be working.

However, it works on my iPad and on my Android.

Could you please advise?

Hi @greensamurai - it sounds like you may be accessing the incorrect vault. Please could you email us at support+forum AT agilebits.com and we can give you instructions to create a diagnostic report which will help us troubleshoot this for you.
