Restoring Vault from Dropbox

I lost both my primary PC and my backup laptop. The most up to date vault I have resides on Dropbox. Can you point me to a set of directions that will walk me through setup on Windows 7?

    Hi @roseba,

    I'm so sorry to hear about your computers! But luckily it sounds like your 1Password data is in Dropbox, so it should be easy to set up on a new PC.

    First, make sure you've installed Dropbox and allowed it to sync all your Dropbox data to the new computer.

    Next, download 1Password for Windows from our download page.

    In that same article, you'll want to follow the steps for "I have used 1Password before" which will allow you to choose your data file stored in Dropbox.

    You should be all set, but if you run into problems or have questions, please let us know.
