Need help! Accessing 1password on a Mac at work to the same account on PC at home...

I am terrible when it comes to computers.
Hope there is someone out there that can assist me.
I have 1password at work that I use with a Mac. I will now be working from home and need to access 1password through my Windows PC. How can I sync the 1password account from the MAC so that I can use it on my home computer.

For Mac-PC syncing, your options are folder sync and Dropbox, as described in the Syncing your 1Password data article in the 1Password for Windows user's guide.
