remove 1password from windows 8

I have a problem with the program and decided to uninstall and re download. When I did this the new download works worse than the original as it seems to remember (and mix up the details) What I want to do is clear down so that I can have a new start. I am quite happy to upgrade if I can get this one to work

Uninstalling 1Password is documented in the 1Password 4 for Windows Knowledgebase. Note that removing the program and extensions doesn't affect any data you've stored in 1Password—when you install 1Password again, you'll have a chance to resume using the same vault as before.
