Windows XP 1Password4, passwords not hiden

Upgradet to 1Password4. No problem at home on Win8, but at work on WinXP at main window the passwords are always shown and the conceal/reveal does nothing...
I have picked some passwords from my list and realized that some passwords are hiden (few) and the other are openly shown.
What I could do to fix that?

Known problem. They're not fixing it as WinXP is not supported.
