Serial number not working

I purchase 1Password 4 Mac and windows as soon as the Mac version was release.
Today my serial number is not working with the newly release 1Password 4 windows version.
I sent an email but after waiting +36 hours i think the best is to post here.

Please advice

If you purchased before 2013 then you'll need to upgrade your license to use 1Password for Windows v4.
