Upgrade to 1Password 4

I purchased 1Password for Windows in 2014, and a June 2014 announcement indicates the upgrade is free. When I go to download 1P4 it shows I have to pay $25. Did I miss an upgrade window?

There should be a "don't show me this message again" option in the message window, @roudy.

We do think you'll find version 4 worth the (potentially FREE) upgrade, so we hope you'll give it a try.
