sync and dropbox

My PC says the vault is in dropbox, but my android phone and tablet won't sync and they are set up for dropbox as well. Is there a sync toggle to turn on in the window's version on my PC?

What's the full path shown in the 1Password Vault field on the General tab of 1Password preferences?
Also, when you set up syncing in 1Password for iOS, were you asked to provide your Dropbox credentials and select the vault you wanted to sync?
