Hi,

I'm considering upgrading from 1Password v1.0.9.342, but If I purchase the upgrade to 1Password 4, what future upgrades will be free?

    You can read all about our licensing policy on our web site.

    The elevator version is that updates (staying within the same major version number) are free, whereas upgrades (involving a new major version number) typically incur an upgrade fee, always less than the cost of a new license.

    That said, we're making 1Password 4 for Windows FREE to anyone who purchased a 1Password 1 for Windows license in 2014 or 2013—an incredible deal!
