how can I change my old login passwords in various sites? Also how can I use the 1Passwords to these sites? I am pretty new to 1Password!

Please choose Help > 1Password User's Guide, and go through the Quick Start section. That'll get you started, but you'll find lots of useful information in the rest of the user's guide and in knowledgebase, linked from the Still need help? article near the bottom of the TOC.
