Chrome extension sometimes doesn't work

it seems strange that i need to terminate the Agile1pAgent.exe in the task manager.
My computer system is Windows 8.1
1Password version:4.0.1.503

here is the situation:
when i click the 'key' icon,there is nothing happen.
so i restarted the Chrome and click the 'key' icon.It will open a new tab and tell me can't find the helper.

what should i do?
